Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the entertainment district, making it super easy to explore Times Square, Central Park, and various theaters. Rooms are clean, but definitely on the small side, and the elevator situation can be frustrating at times with a long wait. The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly a standout individual named Winford, but the dining options could be improved as well.
I had a good experience at this hotel, especially with its central location that made getting around really convenient. The rooms were quite small, which is typical for NYC, but they were clean and comfortable. The service varied, with some staff members standing out for their helpfulness, while others could improve. Overall, I would consider staying here again for a short trip, but the dining options were limited, and it wasn't ideal for a long stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite eventful. While the location was excellent and very convenient for getting around, the overall experience was marred by older facilities and some cleanliness issues. The staff was accommodating, but the room left much to be desired in terms of upkeep. I appreciated the area, but I expected more for the price.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Central Park and Times Square, which I really appreciated. However, the elevators were frustratingly slow, and I experienced a fire alarm situation that was not handled well at all. The room was clean and comfortable, but a bit cramped. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were definitely highlights, the service and some facilities left much to be desired.
Our stay at the hotel was highlighted by its great location near Times Square and Broadway, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were clean, but a bit small for three people. The service was generally good, but we ran into issues with the elevators and maintenance problems that dampened our experience. Overall, it’s a convenient place for sightseeing, but there’s room for improvement in terms of comfort and operational efficiency.
